These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.cleanafdetailing.com and your interactions with Clean AF Mobile Detailing ("Clean AF," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, requesting a quote, booking a service, purchasing a gift card, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.

Services and quotes

Clean AF provides mobile vehicle detailing and related vehicle-care services in Laurel, Maryland City, and the surrounding DMV area. Service availability depends on location, weather, vehicle condition, access, and scheduling. Package descriptions and images are general information and may not reflect every vehicle's condition or final service requirements. A quote may change if the vehicle's size, condition, contamination, pet hair, stains, mold, damage, or requested work differs materially from the information provided before service.

Appointments and customer responsibilities

Appointments are subject to availability. Provide accurate contact, vehicle, location, and access information. Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. Weather, travel conditions, access restrictions, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control may require an appointment to be rescheduled.

Remove valuables, personal items, medication, documents, and other property from your vehicle before service. Disclose known hazards, aftermarket modifications, fragile materials, existing damage, water leaks, mold, biohazards, or other conditions that may affect service. We may refuse work involving hazardous materials, unsafe conditions, unlawful activity, or work beyond our equipment or training.

Results, payments, and refunds

Detailing improves cleanliness and appearance, but it may not remove every stain, odor, scratch, defect, oxidation mark, or permanent condition. Results depend on the vehicle's age, materials, prior care, contamination, damage, and condition.

Payment is due according to the terms communicated at booking or before service. Prices, deposits, taxes, payment methods, gift-card terms, and refund policies may vary by service. If you believe there is a billing or service issue, contact us promptly at 240-547-7599.

SMS text messaging terms

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Clean AF, you authorize Clean AF to send the message categories selected or described during the opt-in process. Our mixed messaging program may include informational/transactional messages, such as appointment reminders, confirmations, service updates, quote follow-ups, and customer-care messages, and marketing/promotional messages, such as offers or discounts.

Informational/transactional SMS consent and marketing/promotional SMS consent are collected separately through separate, optional consent choices. Neither choice is pre-selected, consent to one category is not required for the other category, and SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable message category at any time. Reply HELP for help or call 240-547-7599. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message; we will then stop sending SMS messages for that category unless you opt in again.

You agree to provide a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use and to notify us if the number changes. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. SMS consent records are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Website use and intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, design, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Clean AF unless stated otherwise. You may view the website for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, frame, reverse engineer, or use our content or branding without written permission.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including messaging, scheduling, payment, analytics, social-media, gift-card, and chat services. Those services have separate terms and privacy policies. Clean AF does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current, or that a particular detailing result, appointment time, vehicle appearance, or business outcome will occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean AF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where a different limit is prohibited by law.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
